Equipment Specifications:

1. This PV assembly machine uses the latest high-frequency electromagnetic welding, compatible with all standard mono and polycrystalline solar cells.

2. It supports layout and busbar soldering for 1, 2, 3 and 4 cell strings.

3. Available for double-end busbar soldering and lead wire soldering between two cell strings.

4. Cell string dimensions: width 78–210 mm, length 200–700 mm.

5. For main busbar ribbons: it fits welding with two or more ribbons.

6. Busbar specs: thickness 0.12–0.3 mm, width 2–6 mm.

7. This all-in-one unit features full processes: automatic glass loading, EVA laying, layup & bus soldering, lead wire welding, insulation strip attaching, power testing, cell string heating & positioning, backsheet mounting and lead threading.
