Equipment Performance

1. The equipment adopts an integrated design featuring translational (slide-in) glass loading and automatic EVA drawing/pulling. The busbar layout & tabbing integrated machine employs the most advanced high-frequency electromagnetic (HF induction) welding technology and is compatible with all conventional monocrystalline and polycrystalline solar cells of standard specifications.
2.Maximum compatible glass size: 1960×990mm; minimum compatible glass size: 400×400mm.
3. EVA minimum compatible width: 400mm; maximum compatible width: 990mm.
4.Cell strings compatible with 2-, 3- and 4-busbar dual-end interconnection (tab soldering at both ends), double-string insulation strips, and lead wire soldering.
5. Cell string specifications: string width 78–210mm, string length 300–2000mm (compatible with 2BB / 2-busbar and above).
6. Busbar specifications: 3–6mm.
