1. This equipment utilizes the most advanced high-frequency electromagnetic welding technology and is compatible with all standard monocrystalline and polycrystalline solar cells;
2. Compatible with busbar connection at both ends of the cell string, lead welding, and insulation tape application;
3. Cell string specifications: String width 52–105 mm, string length 100–350 mm, compatible with two or more busbars;
4. Busbar specifications: 2–6 mm;
5. Main busbar and lead-in strip requirements: Compatible with welding of two or more busbars;
6. Busbar specifications: Thickness 0.12–0.3 mm, width 2–6 mm;
7. This equipment includes automatic glass loading, EVA placement, busbar layout, lead wire welding, insulation strip application, power testing, cell string heating and positioning,
and backplate covering with lead wire insertion.
